Klaxon Festive Opening Times

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you the best for the festive period and to thank you for your support throughout the year.

We will be operating the following festive opening hours:
Our sales, office, warehouse, and despatch departments will be closed from the 25th December 2021 and will reopen on the 4th January 2022.

Our technical support department will be open to support installers over the festive period, except during UK bank holidays.
Opening hours for technical support:

Our technical support will return to normal opening hours from the 4th January 2022.

Klaxon Easter Break

Klaxon will be taking an extended Easter break – closing from Thursday 1st April at 17:00 BST and re-opening Wednesday 7th April at 08:00 BST.  

 

As a result, Klaxon will not be processing orders, despatching goods, or receiving deliveries from suppliers, during this period. 

We will continue to offer technical support to installers on Tuesday 6th April, only closing for the duration of the UK bank holiday. 

As such, our technical support email and telephone services will close on Thursday 1st April at 18:00 BST, and re-open at 08:00 BST Tuesday 6th April.

Klaxon COVID-19 Update

With the unprecedented situation caused by the current global coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, Klaxon is taking proactive steps to mitigate and manage risk as the situation continues to evolve.

We have taken a number of precautionary measures to protect our customers and our staff.

We are following government guidelines by increasing social distancing, which means that our sales and technical teams will no longer be making customer, branch or site visits. Instead, our teams shall be available through remote communications - via telephone, email and video conferencing.  

Klaxon has also taken steps to minimise and mitigate against the potential impact on the supply chain, in order to make sure that Klaxon products and services remain available.

  • We have secured a strong component supply chain pipeline and we have sufficient supplies to maintain manufacturing until the end of April. We are working to secure component supply and minimise disruption beyond that.
  • We have pre-produced a reasonable contingency stock of finished goods of our most popular products.
  • We manufacture all our products in our UK facilities and are not reliant upon external manufacturing resources.
  • We have taken steps to protect our staff including remote working where possible, increasing social distancing, and introduced stringent and exacting hygiene standards.  

We will continue to actively monitor and manage the situation. We will update further should the conditions change.
