Siren Controls
Klaxon can provide a comprehensive range of siren controls to complement its range of 3 phase powered GP motor driven sirens for a complete warning system solution.
Control equipment features:
- Master controllers allow a GP siren to generate two alarm signals, constant & wail tones.
- Local siren controller(s) to reduce overall installation costs.
- Hardwire or radio controlled between master & slave controllers.
- Choice of control & activation signal voltages.
- Choice of automatic and or manual alarm signal termination.
- Thermostatic anti-icing heater control
Overview
A simple control system would consist of a master controller housed in an IP65 enclosure complete with integral push buttons to provide siren control via hardwired interface to the GP siren.
If the master controller is not located near to the siren(s) then a slave(s) controller may be used in conjunction with a master controller to minimise the 415Vac 3 phase cable installation costs.
The interface between master and slave controllers may be hardwired or via a secure digitally encrypted self monitoring radio data link.
Controllers are tailored to the customer’s specific requirements.
