The latest addition to Klaxon Signals’ Sonos range of fire alarm devices is the 2J Sonos xenon beacon, engineered to ensure a flat current and eliminate current surges when the device is switched on. It has a wide operating voltage range of 10-60V DC and its low current consumption makes it ideal for fire alarm applications.

Xenon beacons deliver a greater light output than alternative LED beacons and the 2J Sonos Xenon utilises a full faced, translucent lens rather than a separate add-on beacon, giving a much larger surface area. This results in a far greater light output for more effective warning.

The 2J Sonos Xenon beacon is available with either deep or shallow base options. The base units can be specified in either red or white, with a choice of red, amber, clear, blue and green lens colours.
